So, Will betrayed his friend. Eventually that friend got married, had a kid, and went to grad school. Will sees this on Instagram and thinks “Wow, my betrayal must have had a positive effect on them. If I betray their child it might have the same effect.”

Man betrayed someone and they are doing well. He will probably want to betray the son and help him into grad school just like his father…through recovery of the betrayal.

I’ve seen shit like this working in an understaffed restaurant. It was understaffed because the management decided to drug test and most of the staff was let go. Then whined the entire time about people unable to cover shifts and pulled shit like this. I promptly left after coming back from being sick.

it sucks that is a common revision in most cities I’ve been in. Let’s just have a highway with 8 lanes and have a tiny turn lane in the middle into a major road without lights at the turn it’ll be great. Not to mention it splitting the city in half and pedestrians who don’t want to walk a mile to the next crossing cross this 8 lane highway splitting the city in half.

Currency will still be used. Unless everyone starts to absolutely own nothing, there will be bartering with something other than a fancy note with a promise of value from your local government. For example, food has been a staple currency for as long as agriculture has been a thing.

From my experience growing up going to a Baptist church this is a Christians wet dream. You would think indoctrination or religion is illegal based on some sermons I’ve had to sit through.

Or the insurance company fucks up giving you the wrong plan and do a switcheroo last minute. Right before the short enrollment period, your boss is looking into why they are paying more for employee insurance than expected and find out more than half of the staff is on the wrong plan. Then the insurance company tries to recoup the cost from providers putting the employees on the hook for the difference even though it wasn’t their mistake to begin with.

The problem here is that the employer somehow likes this specific insurance company(coughkaiser) and they seem to like punishing people going out of their network.

America needs to face the mess that is employer provided insurance.

I am so ready for that giant snake that bursts out of a wall of my childhood home while I am wearing a sharp looking suit. Been running that drill since the age of 7.

I would say from personal experience it’s nice to have an evening to myself after events. I’ve stayed out late playing shows at bars in my early 20s while working a full time job and it is a godsend to have time that isn’t for sleeping to spend my own way. Again, this is my own personal experience not everyone yearns for that introversion time.
