Nah your boss is just getting you to work beyond what you’re paid to do.

I use antenna pod which is able to download as well, which seems to suggest that at some point the ads get fixed. Also they’re very consistent for me, enough that I can usually cut off the first 30 seconds of ads for certain podcasts (there’s a function to skip predefined sections).
Probably too small of an audience but I’m amazed that someone hasn’t released a podcast app that has sponsorblock. Podcast ads are so predictable I’d imagine an ML model would have no issue detecting them.
The river eels are considered ‘trash fish’ to some here but they’re delicious, tastes just like Japanese eels. They’re just a bit of a pain to skin and prepare.
I feel like it has weird millennial humour vibes to it. I hate it.
Yea that didn’t happen either when people were warned about false information online…
That’s a featured snippet, so not AI at all.
They have first-past-the-post voting. So no, unfortunately.
cough Anna’s cough archive cough
Played it when it came out but gave up shortly after, I found the super short days stressful!
Are you referring to Velcro cable ties, or are there reusable plastic ones?
You don’t have to wait, they’re doing it now.
IMHO, this happens often enough that I’m 99% certain it’s caused by pressure changes. Unless you saw the actual door knobs moving…
I don’t use chatGPT, but work with colleagues who do. They’re productivity visibly drops and half the time I gotta fix their shitty code.
You’d be surprised, if you’re anywhere near a road regularly or live in a city you’re bound to pick up fine dust on your glasses. It may not make much of a difference in the short term but preventing grit scratches makes your glasses last much longer in my experience.
The problem is you wanna wash off any potential grit with running water before cleaning your glasses, otherwise those wipes will still scratch them. I never use glasses cleaning wipes for that reason.
I picked up this trick from a reddit comments years ago and it’s a godsend, perfectly clean smudge-free glasses, and they last longer as you’re less likely to scratch them.
This made me realise it would probably be trivially easy to make QR code stickers that first lead to a phishing page (please enter your payment details) followed by a link to a restaurants actual online ordering page.
Those restaurant ordering apps look so dodgy anyway I bet a quarter of people wouldn’t suspect a thing.
Another fucking stupid outlook thing is that you can only schedule send emails from the Web client, not the desktop app. If you try to do it on the desktop app it sits locally in your outbox and only sends if the PC holding the email is on. And if it’s off when the scheduled time passes, the email just sits in the outbox. So incredibly stupid.
Yea, do it to fill your resume with some good points but once you’re not learning anything new it’s time to leave.
