Very insteresting, a pitty that all 9 Nazgûl would cost me more then i paid on the precon here on my country currently. For some reason they are very expensive.

I only got the Sauron one and will upgrade it with Sauron, The Dark Lord as commander and some other cards from the set.
I’m going to play tomorrow too, it’s going to be my first pre release, but have played MTG since my teens.
I’ve done some research and reading online for tips and come to the conclusion that all i can plan for is to simply have fun. There’s simply too much variables to assure winning
However here are some tips, i’ve found that can maybe help us out: 1 - learn the basic rules of the format; 2 - study the set, it’s cards and new mechanics; 3 - build you deck with an strategy in mind and don’t mix stuff up too much, focus on one strategy and keep in mind that it’s a fast format, so try to add a lot of lower costing spells and fewer higher; 4 - When building your deck look to build around rares and mythic rares you’ll get on the boosters, because they normally are stronger then commons and uncommons, but also watch out for the 2 recommendation i made, there’s some commons and uncommons in this set that are great.
Overall i recommend you to try and have fun and good luck tomorrow, may The One Ring be with you!
I think it should be something like this: As the ring tempts you, draw a card and you should choose a creature as ring bearer, else, lose 2 life; On the first turn the ring bearer has shroud and can’t be blocked; the next turn the ring bearer still has those abilitties, but it takes -1/-1 , the next turn it has the ring -2/-2 and so on.
This way the player would have to try get as many “the ring tempts you” to draw cards and to choose another creature or lose that creature as the turns pass.
Yeah, a friend of mine ordered his Food and Fellowship some weeks ago too and paid almost half the price it’s being selled now.
I’ll go first:
I think they are all pretty well designed and seems to be well balanced between them, however the Food and Fellowship seems to be the best one, maybe that’s why all 6 of the decks that my LGS had are already all sold out.
I planned to get the Food and Fellowship, but since they are all sold out i bought the The Hosts of Mordor and plan to upgrade it, but i think i’ll only use cards from the set to keep the flavor and style. Can’t wait to get my hands on it.
I’m afraid of using proxies and discovering that i spent too much money on something i could’ve being printing for a fraction of the money i “wasted”. I don’t know if that makes sense for you, but that’s how a i feel about it.
Anyway, i’m going to wait a bit and try to trade some Nazgûls with players from my LGS.
