My partner is a very very conventionally attractive white woman who looks very eastern euro (blonde hair blue eyes) and I’ve heard some extremely weird shit from non-nazis. Barrow has some extremely fucked up poverty in it too. It can be a real sad place in some places, as I’m sure you know. Hell right outside of Winder further east has some real rough roads.

Of course it may be that none of this has any bearing on the kid, but it’s definitely a strange place. A lotta drugs, a lotta real sad rural-ish poverty, and a lotta guns.

It’s also just a weird ass place in general.
