Yup. All he has to say is “If that what the people want, its what’s gonna happen.” Its super milk toast, it’s non-commital, but it doesn’t make you look owned by billionaires.

Most (not all) of Gavin’s problems come from completely optional crap he does. He didn’t need a podcast. He really doesn’t need to go on conservative podcasts either. Every time he attempts to reach across the aisle, it earns him nothing with conservatives and pisses off his base.

I’m looking forward to it for more selfish reasons. Last time I flew they weren’t paying any TSA and it was such a pleasant airport experience. I have upcoming flights that I hope benefit similarly.

Perhaps your experience is different than the people wandering into homes looking for toilets.

Japanese infrastructure is famously anti-tourist. I dont know if thats intentional or a byproduct of their culture’s development. There are extremely limited public trashcans or toilets. You are expected to carry your trash with you until you get home or the hotel.
Its a very respect based culture but the rules dont work as well when you are a visitor who isn’t following a kind of standard work/school day schedule your average Japanese person is.
I do think it’s funny that they identified the problems, and yet the solution is cancel the whole thing. Most countries would have installed temporary trash cans and toilets for the duration of the event.

This for me too. It is too high a ticket price for a game I want to play but am not completely excited about. My hardware will possibly also struggle with this title, so that was too high of a barrier for me.

A quick Google search says its on by default but you can just and have them turn it off.

That’s if you turn on the “productivity filter”. You dont have to.

Probably not from the theater (would be hilarious though) but since I would imagine they were online reviewers they may have been paid to watch it, which is close!
A common misconception. Especially amongst absolutists online.

Its worth just as much as yours and every other American citizens.

We just dont like to admit that the working class contains the same amount of evil as your average citizen within it. They just lack the time or finances to manipulate each other as successfully as the wealthy.

Making up more arguments to mock? You’re a riot.

Exactly right. Of course I can do that from home, so its easier.

Who are you quoting?

Uh yeah im not concerned with being a part of an imaginary group. The Lemmy desire to make believe that someone saying they dont vote for the violent dictator and are wanting to vote to make their party align with their values is the same as someone supporting genocide is stupid.
This is why its such an ineffective argument. It makes you sound completely out of touch with reality. It reminds me of the various factions at the beginning of “The Life of Brian.”

And yet, that is a huge part of their voting base. There just aren’t enough rich people to be a functional voting block. They may have been tricked but they are voting GOP. That’s reality. Denying it loses elections.

Naw I think I’ll be fine. Get a grip on reality pal. It really isn’t the argument you’re pretending it is.
The chicken gets(has) to fuck Gonzo.
