Oh. I don’t get your example, by the way (who those original “people” were).

Okay, so could you name alternate companies to move to that have definitely spoken against Zion? I’m certainly not pro-Amazon and am aware of the chokehold that AWS has on the entire Internet, but it sure seems there are fewer alts than we would hope. Also, how is an ultimatum not forcing?

Fair. What I mean is that there’s surely got to be some sort of compromise. For example, if other members of his family are also Prime-subscribing, could they join to be an actual Prime family entity, and thereby share the cost and reduce the total amount of $ being sent to the giant?

I’m just messing around. I was thinking of a 4-panel comic in which a person does chores, like vacuuming, handling laundry, and the 2nd-to-last panel is something like, “Dread one’s short existence,” before finishing with another humdrum task in the style of the other panels. I can’t find the comic despite trying, unfortunately!

Come on, the meme format requires you to put another normal sentence at the end right after the provocative one lol.

Cool, but why did they have to name it that?

Uh, what website do you think this is, here?

“Every few years?” You mean every 14 years, right? And this article was even nearly 2 years ago, so theyre probably even older now: https://www.independent.co.uk/travel/news-and-advice/aircraft-age-iata-airbus-boeing-b2665192.html
… No? It’s still typically a shade of purple…

@Waffelmeister@lemmy.world is actually boycotting his relationship. I do not think it is wise for him to try to force her into submission rather than leading by a lifetime of example proving that one can get by just fine without Amazon and inspiring rather than coercing her to leave.
Interesting, thanks for the spoiler; that makes me slightly more interested in watching now.
Um, huh??!
One of the dumbest, immersion-breaking moments in the John Wick series was precisely when he and an assassin were nonchalantly strolling through a crowded building, firing silenced pistols at each other with dozens of people right next to them not noticing. I’m sorry, but JW is not exactly the paradigm of realism here. I never forgot how ridiculous that scene was. Try an actual documentary like Hornet’s Nest or something else.
She didn’t exactly have all the resources or support to go that high.
I wonder if it’s generated. Look at the guy’s left hand in the bottom right.
I’ve almost never felt that, sadly.
I guess I could remove the comma from there.

See meme
Wait, which?

Right, and likewise underground dwellers can still go up to the surface to get their sunlight to prevent the havoc that you warned of. That’s my point.
Someone didn’t buy a Toyota!
