I know what peer review is, its just that peer reviewed things also tend to be scientific studies. I mean I know there are studies of studies and such.

Its so funny because by biblical standards he is quite the opposite.

If its peer reviewed then it should go through the experimental setup, the data and accompanying math. They can be evaluated by anyone with enough basic knowledge with math usually being the limiting factor. For example there was this study about animal intelligence that the criteria was if they could recognize themselves in a mirror. Birds and dolphins made the cut but not dogs. My complaint was it was biased to animals where vision was their more primary sense. Now im not an expert in the field but I can still find fault in that way.

yeah I don’t know how it worked but I don’t see why it can’t be secured as part of the program. Im not sure how many doctors fail medical school. The system is setup to filter more on the front end.

My wife didn’t and years down the line she says she wish she had. We have to go through more with medical things and such to show we are related and it was like a simple checkbox for her to do it when we got married but to do it now is a major pain in the ass.

I still feel this is like a coder messing with the code and introducing a bug. Pulaski does not get what he is doign but laforge being an engineer is familiar with messing around like that.

they did. they would mention backups and when everything was out except life support that is because of the reserves for life support. the lighting did change but not go out completely with power outages. there may be some episodes where it did but presumably whatever happened in those also hit the backups.

I like this term and hope it catches on as patriarchy always seemed dismissive of guys trying to make a more equitable world.

I mean I know they used to have a program where medical school loans could be paid by working in rural communities. Its actually underserved but within the program working near a city was very competitive as that is where all the doctors wanted to work to get the loan forgiveness.

As long as you push the ama to push to educate more doctors and for universal health care, then I don’t think you have anything to feel bad about. We should have as many doctors as we need and should not be rationed based on wealth of the patients. We should be weeding out physcicians based on capability and not on the ability to stay awake for massive amounts of time.

I find this so stupid. Yes some people are not influenced by ads. I don’t shop at a food store due to its ads. I never saw an ad for a steamdeck or an acer laptop. I don’t eat fastfood now due to expense but the ads did nothing more than at best tell me of some new item which I might try. Im looking around my house and I can’t think of any ad that correlates to the stuff I own. By and large everything was comparison shopped for aspects I wanted vs price.

I tend to like pbs so I will give that a watch when I get the chance but what I get from this last reply of yours is its not spend amount but how its spent. I recall a big thing with obama was utilizing internet at all as it was pretty traditional before then. I do see the effect as my wife gets to much info from youtube and I will hear dei and immigrant stuff from her. Its tough because it takes much longer for me to take a particular thing and find out what the specifics are and what they are and are not saying from the video than it does for her to watch one. I have been going over and over the way things will not be bald face lies but will distort or leave out important truths or such with each thing and despite that I will have to do it again. Im trying to get her to use fact check sites.
