Back in high school we knew a kid who wasnt the brightest but I guess I didnt fully understand how bad that was until a question was asked about dinosaurs and he really believed they existed around 1000 years ago. When you get information like that from someone, it changes things.

Our one friend loves drugs, but not so much alcohol. He used to drink socially, but not so much now. So we invited him along to be our driver to hit a bunch of breweries one day. Decent amount of driving since not many were near each other. We’re all in the car and halfway there, and he then tells us hey I just took a bunch of shrooms before we started driving… what!!!

Im guessing speed. To me, one of my favorite improvements over the ps4 was load speeds of everything. It felt like I went back in time to SNES days when walking into the next room was instant, unlike on the ps1 for the same games.

Im almost not sure if I want that. Most of the games I would do that for are older games from like 25 years ago, and I honestly can’t see playing them today and ever having those fond moments like I did then. In my case, the time of playing them also mattered a lot.

Lol, this has always been the thing we have told them would happen. When the company pitches why its so good and how they have a lot of data centers all over so there will never be a large scale outage we all laughed and said ok sure not yet but we’ll see. We’ll here it is!

MAHA is funny because it actually sounds like the 1 good thing out of all the crap that’s been going on. Then you look into it, and it’s just as bad as the rest… sure you got some stuff that is positive, but then you see the people who he looks to, and they are all extremists who either contradict themselves or dont actually have any real evidence of anything they spout. They also want some ridiculous changes as well. Idk why it’s so hard to do the right thing for anything, but here we are. Its not like we dont have a bunch of other countries to turn to for examples of what to do either!

I am old because, for me, my favorite was battlefield 1942. Had so much fun, and it wasn’t as competitive, which i enjoyed even more.

I have 1 of each. The first is our impossible one. I still get shocked how easy it has been the second time around. Things I used to stress about or cry over how fucked my life is are non existent this time around. Don’t get me wrong, a child, even a good one, is a huge amount of work. It’s just crazy how different they can be from each other.

What’s worse to me is that mother’s also forget the pain and awfulness of 9 months of pregnancy followed by childbirth, leading to them wanting another child.

But only relatively recently have demos started allowing you to play through a long demo and allow you to use that save and continue playing the full game if you purchase it. They wouldn’t be that long if that wasn’t an option since you dont want people to get too far only to make them start over.

I didn’t think it was that crazy either, until I booted my old ps4 up about a year later, and im sorry, but it made me appreciate how fast the ps5 is. It really is slow, and once you’re used to it, it was very hard to go back, haha.

You can change the default audio device through settings. I set mine to headphones, so it just starts through it, and if I needed to switch, i do it through the menu.

Only 1 less year than the ps4 pro. It’s not really that bad. I don’t own it, but I don’t mind that it exists. If it was cheaper and I had a better tv that took advantage of its features, maybe I would have swapped for it.

Although I had the same experience, I was finally able to get one after a few months. I was very happy I got one over building a PC because at the time PC GPUs were ridiculous amounts of money, and I felt the PS5 was a great deal over the PC. I ended up building a new one in 2023 a few months after prices started falling a bit finally and thought it worked out perfectly.

I still use my PS5 more than my PC just because it sits in our main room and has the nicer TV screen. Everything has its use. If anything, I am always disappointed. I built such a nice PC and haven’t used it as much as I would have liked by now.

I love those demo’s, but it’s on purpose! They want you to play enough so you get hooked enough to want to buy it once it ends. A few hours into an rpg is nothing, but once you invested that much, there’s probably a higher chance you buy it to continue playing.

Im still on my Orbi setup from 2016 and desperately would like to get off them, but the things I want cost an absurd amount of money… I thought Orbi was bad when I got them and now I want a cheaper company but everything is just so expensive I can’t. But yeah the one ive been looking at is wifi 7. To bad the only devices that may ever support it are our phones.
