Whoops I guess we got a little to greedy again and went to cheap. Shocking.

Quick we need an answer from our CEO ASAP! Sorry currently AWS and Cloudflare are down so were SOL.

The same time this was posted there was another article talking about how stocks with companys based around AI were on the verge of collapse. Can’t find it but here is one talking roughly about the same stuff.
Who knows though, it all seems speculative at this time.

Thats great and all, but didn’t they already get most of the donations for this already? Kind of defeats the purpose if he is already giving 50 company’s special treatment for this.
Also they forgot to address the museum donations as well which really makes this seem like a waste of time.

I will admit I never looked into it, but I always saw it as a question when I did my taxes. It was never something I thought of since it’s always been available to me. I did just look and I live in a state where they collect shared responsibility payment (SRP) and they let me calculate it which came to me owing $3375 for the year if I did say no. Overall thats not a bad alternative at $281 a month, but it feels to much like a complete waste by throwing it away on nothing.

I could opt out, but with it not being just me I would not feel right doing that. My wife has a lot of issues so she is in and out of doctors and hospitals monthly. On top of that my 1 kid also has services covered by insurance. Sadly I am sure it would definitely cost me more if I stopped coverage. If it was just me I would consider doing that, although having no insurance here means you have to pay a penalty when you do your taxes. I have no idea how much that is.

I think its starting finally.

His name is Gerardo Rodriguez and he committed a crime. By the checklist they follow he checks all the boxes of someone who should be kidnapped and sent wherever they are sending these poor people. Unreal…

Why not use LTSC instead? It shouldn’t include many of these changes it has done or will do. I know since windows 10 the separation between workstation and server has deepened and I believe app compatability is less due to it. I even remember a few apps I wanted to install on server wouldnt let me unless I buy a business license because it detected I was using server and assumed I was a business because of the OS.

I am just straight up pissed more than anxious. I’ve been with the same place for 20 years and have seen it all. The last 8 years have been about the same which was around $450 a month for a family of 4. I can’t really complain at all about that. This year alone? They addressed it right away warning us. We’ll after signing up for the same tier, which is now worse in every way as well, it’s now $1300 a month. So this place that has barely given any raises in the past 5 years is now actively taking away an extra $1k a month extra starting next year for a service worse than i get now. Im nervous and angry and just not sure what to do exactly.
Man just think, when he was caught for that bj I can only imagine what his thoughts where. Like “I cant believe I gotta go through all of this, boy if they only knew about the other stuff I do from day to day.”

Oh, I agree. My price is just speculation. Also, Xbox is done. They had a handful of exclusives this year that, as far as I saw, were nothing to sell systems over, and from the looks of it, only Fable is set for next year. As soon as I saw them jump ship with a console and finally share their best games like gears of war, I knew it would only be a matter of time.
That handheld is also windows only and to late to the party, and your right they just went full pc only at a price nobody will pay when you can probably get your own pc that will have little difference. They will be with Sega soon enough and probably use the companies they purchased to continue creating games for everyone else and maybe just focus on the windows store for semi exclusivity after the pc thing fizzles out.

On the one hand, i get it. It will be for enthusiasts only if that’s the case. On the other hand, I feel like for the amount of profit this company brings in, I am a little shocked that they don’t even try to cut the price back a bit to sell more. I guess whats the point when you don’t even have to do this at all and it sounds like the entire project is just a fun way to spend some time seeing what you can come up with and sharing that with the people that can afford to buy cool things.

It doesn’t specify what apps… how broad will this be? The good news is i was already looking for alternatives a few months ago, and I think i see a few that will be a better solution anyway. Screw Amazon, and i hope they underestimate the percentage of people that only use this for those reasons. From everyone I know, I am pretty sure none of them use it for just legitimate reasons. I dont even use it for illegal streaming, but will they consider apps like plex, emby, and jellyfin as potential threats?

The article i saw a few days ago specifically mentioned that they didn’t really talk about the price but when asked if it would cost more than the ps5 pro they didnt really say no and only offered that it will be priced accordingly to the hardware used to make it. To me, that most likely means it’s going to cost around $1k. The absolute max is would ever be willing to pay is like $600. I have no doubt it will sell, but at that $1k price, they will severely limit the group of people that will be buying it. Honestly, if that is the cost, they should be shying away from even associating it as a console and just market it as a PC due to how people think.

Misery loves company.

Me, me, me, me is all I hear. He is this upset over this and vows to spend a lot of time reversing it as quickly as possible for something that affects 8 people, it says in the article. Yet fighting for American citizens’ healthcare doesn’t seem to phase him or any of them. Priorities, I guess.

Or Red Lobster.

This article is about people not believing the cover is real. You think as soon as you start labeling just AI pics people won’t just assume the ones that aren’t weren’t lying without being verified? And yeah, it is absurd, but if you really believe people won’t think that way, then I guess you have more faith in them than I do.
