That’s a nasty control payoff
Dimir Flash will probably become a thing again, which is neat.
This is a commander deck card, and I’m assuming you didn’t mean legacy formats.
This might be enough to make me build UB flash.
In Commander I can’t decide if it’s a Goad build with a side of Flash or the other way around.
