Its fine. Downvoting doesn’t change reality and the downvoters have become incredibly silent post-debate. They’re in the wrong and they aren’t willing to show up and defend the fact that they’ve set us up for failure in this election cycle en-masse any more.

There are a few who step forward, but so long as they are just down voting in the dark, its fine. Six months ago when it was just Ozma, myself, a few others getting down voted to oblivion because we were raising issues around Biden’s ability to beat Trump in the general, thats when these down votes mattered because they were being used to silence the factual observation that Biden wasn’t winning this race and was likely to lose. The Blue Maga cult and their insistence that Biden “is/ has to be the nominee” when he was clearly unfit and losing this election has almost handed this thing to Trump on a silver platter; there only objective has been to suppress criticism of Biden through a wide range of fallacies and trolling (generally sealioning), and they’ve done more damage to the Democrats ability to maintain power in this country than any political cohort, possibly ever.

Its fine though. We’re on the other side of this. They can’t silence the voices when its coming from inside the innermost circles of the Democratic elite (Schiff, Pelosi, Clooney). We’re moving past the need to amplify this message (because its the actual reality that we live in) and its becoming more and more clear that Biden isn’t going to be the nominee. We still have a chance to beat Trump.

I downvoted it because I watched the video and it’s irrelevant to politics. There’s far better sources to share and have a decent discussion over. Maybe try sharing articles of substance.

I wouldn’t consider this being on the other side. This is a failure at every possible step and we risk the absolute worst outcome. “I told you so” tastes like ash in my mouth.

It usually starts as a trickle and becomes a stream. This started like a lightening strike with thunder and is becoming a flash flood.

It would be one thing if it was a small cohort of progressives pulling back from Trump. It isn’t. They’re keeping their heads in the sand because if they poke them above ground, they know they’ll get the guillotined.

This is the most mainstream, corporatist, bought, the “who” of blue no matter who making these points. The call is coming from inside the smoke filled room.
