    The best we should do is 0%. Employer should pay employees and adjust their prices sensibly so that the business is successful.

    Having to pay a tip only means they lied about their prices and tricked you into it.

      Employers should but most of them won’t until they are made to through labor and community action. In the meantime, using the services of a tip-dependent workplace and then not tipping only hurts those workers, not their employer.
