It just seems like such a bad rate. A 5C 3/3 with a 3 mana tap ability to make a 1/1? The static ability would have to be incredible to make that rate appealing.
You could make your eldrazi into goblins, to [[ goblin lackey ]] out your titans? Seems funny but not good.

Best use I can think of is for mixing tribal effects, like choosing Zombie and then all your creatures are free with [[Rooftop Storm]].
