To a homeowner who had the wealth to buy an old house, gosh maybe they should use some of that wealth to open their home to people without one.
If you look at the picture, there are no sight lines onto the porch from the street if you’re squatting, making it an attractive spot to take a shit if you don’t have a bathroom.
I don’t think this is targeted harassment/resistance like you think it is.
Seems more like Bangor has some unsheltered people and a lack of public toilets.
