I really enjoyed this game on PC, but I’ll admit there wasn’t enough to keep me hooked long-term.

Granted, I fell off a while back (just before the Chapaa festival), so maybe things have changed.

Now that it’s on the Switch, I may try to get some more friends into it that don’t have PCs.

Kind of - It’s ostensibly an MMO, but plays almost entirely like a casual single-player RPG, similar to Harvest Moon. You have a house and a farm, and you can farm, fish, mine, craft, all the standard stuff.

(Though again, my description may be outdated now.)

I only watched it for a few min but it seems similar to Disney Dreamlight Valley and My Time at Portia

I tried it for an hour and it seems like a super chill MMO. There were definitely issues. The camera gets caught on large objects when you try to place them and camera shake needs a bit of tuning. Playing in portable mode, there was some object pop-in, cinematics looked rough, and it was hard to differentiate the icons for left and right stick in tutorials.

More importantly, starting out, the game did not look bad. There is a very pleasant core loop of farming, gathering, and hunting. There were no live service login rewards. The real money store seems to only have cosmetic items.
