    More rats sensing the ship is about to sink and scurrying off as fast as they can.

    In a few years time, depending on what happens in the next year, you might think that the entire MAGA movement was a hallucination, as it will be next to impossible to find a single person who ever defended it, you won’t see anyone who admits to ever having a bumper sticker or flag on their lawn, they will have all up and disappeared like a fart in the wind.

      Nah. Loomer is a chronic attention seeker. She’s just saying anything that will get her name in the headlines one more time.

      They’ve straight up murdered people en mass. They’ve “doubled Gitmo” with their concentration camps in Honduras and El Salvador and God only knows where. That’s not something you can just undo or walk away from.

      If MAGA feels like a hallucination in another few years, it is only because of a massive cover-up by the Still Extremely Fascist media. It will be a prelude to another fascist surge and another wave of totalitarian violence.

    It seems like the thing that bothers her is that people won’t vote for Nazi’s, not that, you know, racism or genocide is a problem.

    I’m thinking she is only saying this now because even if she saw all the Nazi shit before ( and seriously, how could you not?) she was willing to overlook all that as long as the GOP was sufficiently loyal to the very worst shit that Israel was up to. Now that there are a few cracks in that front, she’s now worried about all the obvious rampant Nazi shit in her party.

      I think people like her, Marjorie Taylor Greene and Karoline Leavitt are starting to turn because they have inside knowledge and know that the MAGA thing is going to crack soon, presumably because either the Epstein files or Trump’s health are worse than the public knows (personally I suspect it’s the latter, because that’s the one thing Trump can’t really weasel out of) and they want to appear to have distanced themselves from the crazy before it all happened.

      I’ve been saying for a while that a few years after Trump dies, you won’t be able to find anyone who claims to have supported him and I think potentially this is the beginning of that.
