Glad to see that more countries are willing to ignore these sanctions in recent years

Cuba depends a lot on Spain, Russia, China, Mexico (which even during right-wing goverments have supported Cuba), Nicaragua, Venezuela and the Pink Tide Goverments (Brazil, Colombia, Uruguay, Chile, Suriname and Honduras).
