      Not anymore. I was corrected on this around 2017, dude now includes women or non binary

          They may not but language changes and the new generation uses dude as a non gendered term.

          Interestingly, the use of dude in Canada has evolved and expanded beyond its original definition. In recent years, dude has become gender-neutral and can be used to address both men and women. This inclusive use of the term reflects the growing trend towards gender equality and inclusivity in Canadian society.
