There were some people screaming “gEnOcIdE” (yes, it takes a ‘c’) if you wasn’t pro their side but that does not make me anything. So bizarre calling some random person on the internet “pro genicide” without further explanation. I mean why?
You’re against the unjustifiable invasion of Ukraine that uses genocidal tactics, thus you are against the unjustifiable invasion of Palestine with the goal of genocide, especially the West Bank which explicitly opposes Hamas?
I know my history when it comes to russia and the soviet union, I grew up in a country squeezed between the NATO and the WARSAW pact, I have met lots of people from russia and the invaded satellite states, and I know enough to not let a tankie use the kremlin lies and playbook.
What do I know about the middle east? Not very much, Kissinger seems to have betrayed them all, hamas is a terrorist organisation, Israel were “the good guys” but now israel seems to be a wannabe dictorial terrorist state.
I of course opposed israels genocidal tactics, but that doesn’t mean I support hamas or iran or anyrhing else, it seems to be a real horrible mess. A mess some people try to use in discussions for “clout”. Like if you are not this then you are that and I can insult you. That’s just crappy IMO.
I do oppose the unjustified invasion of ukraine, and with my limited knowledge, it seems that israel is indeed using the same types of tactics.
It’s always those old white men who has to dominate and kill everyone in the end.
I hope they’ll all have peace and that Netanyahu and Putin and atheir cronies all gets thrown off their thrones.
