If he’s got that much semi capacity he’s gotta have Taiwan-independent supply chains and it would be much easier to scale as needed. And therefore he wouldn’t stand in the way of China taking over Taiwan one way or another.
Actually China is likely getting Taiwan if Taiwan does what Teump wants. Trump ain’t gonna do anything to protect Taiwan once he’s got the semi prod.
