I breathe weird, which results in me inhaling deeply and exhaling while at rest. I have a tendency to breathe quietly. Anyways this means I “sigh” a lot without the normal social connotations
Fun fact, occasional sighing is actually necessary for the health of your lungs. It keeps them from collapsing.
