Democrat fascists defunded the police (they actually increased the pig budget)

My dad unironically believes this. Thinks the police in our city are defunded and the “commies” in charge won’t let them do their jobs. Yet the police budget is higher than ever and I see cop cars LITERALLY EVERYWHERE.
