      Until Trump II, what Petro did would not have been enough to get a normal visa revoked, let alone a diplomatic visa. You don’t need to have immunity to speak at a protest.

      Netanyahu is committing a genocide. The legal argument for arresting Netanyahu is that https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Universal_jurisdiction applies to genocide. That means any state at any level of government is able to prosecute the crime (or arrest the fugitive and bring them to the more appropriate court, like the ICJ). I don’t think this is enshrined in US law, and in practice universal jurisdiction is just for bringing Africans to european international courts. But that’s the theory (afaik, i’m no lawyer)
