me and my boys all take generics.

but anyway, aren’t like all of the drugs manufactured not in the US anymore?

its kinda hilarious that the foundational centerpiece of the TPP was to keep drug licensing and manufacturing infrastructure of SE Asia and India firmly under the economic control of the US, and here Trump is just giving them every reason to strategically reorient toward China/Belt & Road integration.

once again, JDPONDON strikes deep into the heart of american empire.

There are plenty of brand name drugs that are extremely useful and common. Eliquis, Xarelto, Jardiance, Januvia, all of the GLP-1s. That’s just off the top of my head. This has the potential to explode drug prices for seniors, diabetics, people at risk for strokes and heart attacks, etc.

I do not think brand name drugs should even exist but that is the reality of it.
