I’m not sure if that’s what this person meant, but the presentation is also very realistic. The scenes are very long and are stitched together to create the feeling of each episode being one take. You are constantly in the moment with the characters, there is no downtime to let you reflect on what’s happening. You just get ~45 minutes (I can’t remember how long the episodes are) of non-stop tension and gut punches but you can only really start to process them when the credits roll. Because of that it’s a difficult show to binge for some.
