Honestly would’ve been more funny if he engraved “oppa gangnam style” on the casings instead of a shitty videogame reference

I experience vision issues, but I can see the "b” and "h” in the first line extend beyond the casing. Why is that?

ETA: would engraving get hot enough to ignite powder? Nitrocellulose and nitroglycerin are the presumable propellent? I have no idea.
