I remember having a discussion with a lady that was upset that they removed soda and juice from the vending machines at school. She claimed that juice was healthy. I told her that the problem was that all the kids are fat not that they’re low on vitamin C which is very easy to get from other foods.

Other than water, what is a healthy drink alternative? Unsweetened caffeine free tea maybe?
Caffeine in moderate quantities is alright. Coffee and tea are antiinflammatory as well, without the loads of sugar and cream they’re healthy drinks.
