Start small and don’t dive into the deep end. Do that and you might find sticking to it easier. When you’re a complete beginner the bare minimum amount of work is enough to start seeing results in a few weeks/months.
Only go hardcore blood and guts later on if that’s something you really want. Willpower/motivation is a finite resource, so making exercise absolutely miserable from the very beginning is a good way to fail after a week or two tops.
I am so jealous of her body. If only I wasn’t so…what’s the word…ah yes, lazy.
I have a gym membership since January, and believe it or not, absolutely no change what so ever. No more muscles. No more strength.
If this continues, I’m a walking down to that gym myself to see what the f is going on.

You’ll need to train not a day or two, but three per week at least. And everyday half an hour of moderate exercise (a walk for example) helps.
Eat a little-processed Mediterranean diet., ie. lots of vegetables and some seafood, proteins.
