Meatballs 2 was not a great movie but PeeWee was in it. He said this to the other camp leader. He flipped the guy the bird then did held it horizontally and push it towards him. The guy ignores him and walks away. Minutes later, he comes back outside and sees PeeWee do it again. The guy holds up the finger and says “I know what this means, but what’s this?” horizontal bird.
That’s when PeeWee explains. Guy grabs him by the face and shoves him off camera.
