Not because they dislike their coworkers, but the relationships with coworkers isn’t safe. Literally any random thing can get you fired in the US, and trusting your coworkers with personal info increases the chances of this a ton. I can not afford to have personal relationships with my coworkers because if 1 wrong thing gets said i become homeless.
