Was at McDonald’s years ago where a lady was screaming at some 17 yo kid because she didn’t get extra cheese. She disassembled the burger layer by layer yelling “no cheese here”… “none here” at full volume before a manager stepped in and gave her money back and got her to leave.
How people feel justified doing this blows my mind sometimes; just let them know and they will fix it for you.

They don’t. They get a kick outta this. Some people are just plain cruel and they perceive these situations as perfect for letting go a little.
They are weak people with no power in their life, and so they take whatever petty opportunities they have to lord it over someone.
