The fun trick with this is when the HoA defends themselves there’s usually a clause that allows them to charge folks within the HoA to pay for legal bills, aka you.
So you have to pay for the HoA to defend itself against you filing a lawsuit about how it is violating your laws. While also paying for your side of the lawsuit too.
(This is of course all depending on the nature of what youre filing for and specifically who it is against, but it’s just another example of why HoA’s are useless profit generation for those that run the HoA. Specially if its a mega-corp owned HoA like Sentry)
