      Yeah they’re breaking like 10 different rules to get their candidate to win. The only places Israel performed poorly in is the countries where you need to show your ID card to get a sim card.

        That’s true for Austria. Austria is extremely pro-Israel, partly because many Austrians, deep down, are still proud Nazi. Still, Israel only got 7 points, not 10 or 12 like it did from Spain or Ireland.

      Their government pays for phone credit to Israelis in different countries to vote unlimited times. They usually get a midling jury vote then a huge number of phone votes.

      Its very easy to cheat. There isnt really an enforceable restriction against “one person = one vote”. Pro-Palestinian people were also boycotting eurovision.
