regardless of where you’re from, criminalizing drug use leads to people dying. it’s been a fucking disaster in any country it’s been implemented

I said the sale of these items. Not the buying of. Very different prospects you’re assuming I’m lumping into one here
If it’s illegal to sell, how do you buy?
That’s literally a prohibition.
The point is that you’re unable to buy, but you’re not punished for buying. Instead, the seller is punished for selling
It stops the law from punching down on the addicts being taken advantage of (mostly)
