Then they said “the statement was confirmed by security circles”. Which security circles? Did they ask some dubious “expert” or what? If they said the attackers were anprims, MLs or right-wingers trying to frame the left, I’d be like “yeah such groups are crazy enough to do that”, but the authenticity of the statement isn’t clear.

Yeah the Danish were lenient enough with the US before. Had Trump been nice and not have made demands for territory, Denmark would have probably allowed a few more bases.

If it is a ban on all religious symbols for state employees who are teachers, I am fine with that. To call it xenophobic is not a very convincing argument as there are Swiss people who are muslims and for many muslims a hijab isn’t a fundamental part of the religion. Making exceptions for muslims just is unfair treatment for everyone else. A secular state means citizens have freedom of religion and that religion has no place in state business.

Ich bin 80% der Zeit schon eher ovo-lacto Vegetarier*in, zähle aber als pescetarisch da ich oft am Wochenende Fisch esse (in der Woche fast nie Fleisch/Fisch) und meine Blutwerte (außer Vitamin D, eosinophile Granulozyten und IgE, kommt überwiegend wegen ner Autoimmungeschichte) sind super. Sport hilft auch bei den Blutwerten. Hab idR Ziel mind. 5 km pro Tag zu laufen (gehen reicht).

Auch Vorsicht bei Nüssen. Gibt einige ungesunde Nüsse, besonders Erdnüsse. Nimm lieber Pekannüsse. Sind genauso gesund wie Walnüsse aber schmecken weniger bitter.

Es sind auch meist weniger die Fleischersatzprodukte die so ungesund sind (außer bei hohe Salzanteile). Es sind eher Sachen wie die vegane Snacks und Süßigkeiten und da gibt es Zuckerarten die eine extreme glykämische Last haben z.B. Dextrose. Und es gibt pflanzliche Fette die genauso schlimm wie tierische Fette sind z.B. Kokosöl oder Palmöl, da sich fast nur aus gesättigte Fette bestehen und diese auch leichter sich bei erhitzen in Transfette verwandeln.

Vegan bedeutet nicht unbedingt besser. Ich kenne genug Veganer*innen die Müll und ungesunden Fraß trotzdem zuhauf essen.

Ich hatte ehrlich gesagt auch kein Glück mit sowas. Hab aber jemand in ner Gewerkschaft kennengelernt, wo evtl. was draus werden kann. Lass den Kopf nicht hängen, es schwimmen viele Fische im Meer.
