I can’t quite remember all the details, but since my friend was still living with his parents he had to pay for the “catastrophic” insurance since he was over 26 and didn’t work with a company that offered anything. He might have been unemployed at that point. I think it was only $75/mo or so but I wonder if he just filled out the form wrong.

Generally I don’t buy anything else other than Phillips. They’re usually bulletproof if you don’t get the smart bulbs. I’ve not had a Phillips fail in ~10 years. But that’s a sample size of like 30 or so bulbs.

Yep. When I moved into my house the previous owner had used all garbage Walmart LED’s. I think I had one fail each month and just bought a bunch on sale from Phillips eventually.

Most common failure was the driver. So they turned into strobe lights lol. Most annoying failure ever.

And more importantly, not every LED is dimmer compatible. Sometimes they’re super picky or just plain don’t work.

I will at least point out, that unless it’s a safety or moving violation you can’t get something like a window tint ticket in Virginia if your car is registered in North Carolina because the window tint laws are different.

Also, in rare cases, if the vehicle comes from the factory with super dark tint, you can’t get a ticket period because it is federally allowed. See the GM Pontiac fiero rear limo tint from the 80’s.

And this is just one aspect of a vehicle across state lines. So yea, it’s chaos and the police will give you a ticket anyways, especially if you’re a visitor.

I’d say out of the 30 things I’ve sold, I’ve only ever had problems 3 times. 1 was a car, 1 was a specific and expensive vehicle part, and another was a phone.

They were an absolute nightmare to sell. So many people agree on price/time/location and just never show up. I refuse to deal with any account that is newer than 3 years and doesn’t have at least some content on it.

It’s just not worth the hassle.

That FX-8350 is the problem.

There are certainly some play styles that are less risk averse. I found wizards to be difficult to play early on, sorcerers less so, but still swishy without the right multiclass.

A fighter or barbarian makes fights much easier. It’s not that you don’t have a good front line, but shadow does no damage, astarion can’t really do his thing as a rogue yet, and gale is just weak early on. Can’t say much about paladins, but kitted out right should get you somewhere.

Personally, I’d swap gale out for someone like laezel. Or get a hirling and spec them out.

Fun fact, you can change the difficulty to balanced, make your multiclass, and then change back to explorer if you want. It’ll keep.

If you can get ahold of a maverick hybrid at msrp, there’s that. But it’s limited to 2,000 lbs. the ecoboost with towing can do 4,000 but then you’re right back in the same spot as the Hyundai minus the theft issue lol.
