The Trump Organization’s chief legal officer, Alan Garten, explained to Forbes a month ago that 40 Wall Street has 63 floors of commercial space, but “when you add the space from 63 to the cupola, the building totals 72 floors.”

I’d be interested in seeing what that space actually is. Are they going to start arguing over the definition of a floor? Is this going to turn into Bill Clinton’s famous “define is” situation?

Skyrim is a great game… for its time. Todd Howard is the blight on the games industry for putting so many resources toward so many Skyrim remasters/re-releases/money grabs. Even if he outsourced all that work, those are dev houses he could have spent their time helping Bethesda actually fill their huge open worlds and perhaps get the same feeling of “every decision actually matters” that Larion did.

If that’s Dan Cummins, then that changes the entire context of the picture.
