Even here in the grim UK I don’t have to choose between eating and healing, both ( well 5 of 6 parties) have the NHS and social security at their hearts, reform are nazi cunts btw… anyway the dems are pretty right wing by our standards, AOC and Bernie are decent but the rest are bought.
