There’s a noticeable generation gap between people who use 1!1!1! and the ones who would say sO MuCh tHiS! I’m not sure when it happened but I’m gonna guess you are about 35?

I just don’t understand all these ‘instances’ or whatever. Do you need a separate login/pw for all of them? I tried registering for beehaw for example but it just sits there spinning its wheels whenever i hit submit. Idk I’ll give it a chance I guess but I’m pretty underwhelmed so far. I just don’t understand why a forum to shitpost needs to be so complicated…

It has potential but the learning curve is starting to be a real drag for me. I’m confused by this setup in general and don’t particularly feel like getting a phd in lemmying just to shitpost, you know?
