I am not going to venerate Duterte like a liberal does with any world leader but it’s telling that Duterte out of many, many leaders out in this forsaken Earth they chose him, when he had the most China-friendly (ie. Independent) foreign and internal policies unlike the US sycophant running the Philippines now.
Having lived in Qatar and knowing many people there, kind of insane to see first hand accounts and videos of the missiles.
