1·8 months agoIt looks interesting. Do you know if I as a user can join multiple groups? Because I am part of a few servers on Discrod with widely different topics and its not an option to have one community and have all people join there.
Well thats good and bad at the same time. I will try today as well. Maybe Stoat can get a critical number of users going to get this really started.
Believe it or not. I did not downvote you. Seems crazy but there are other people here and promoting Slack seems to be a not so popular opinion.

Slack needs payment to have group calls. Also it would be nice to move something open and ideally something self-hosted.
I would love to have an alternative to which some of the communities I am currently in can migrate. Not easy to find anything that is like Discord.

Ja ich weiß. Deine Eltern sind da sehr ablehnend, aber vielleicht ist ja der erweiterte Familienkreis nicht ganz so unzivilisiert. Die Chance ist zumindest da. Wenns gar nichts wird, dann einfach was essen und dann verschwinden. Niemand braucht die nervigen Unterhaltungen.
Manchmal ist es schwierig sich von Familienfesten und Verbindungen so einfach und Konsequent zu lösen. Aber du hast natürlich recht. Wenn man nicht akzeptiert wird wie man ist, dann ist man halt nicht anwesend.
Ich drücke dir die Daumen dass die Familie verständnisvoller ist als du annimmst. Manchmal wird man überrascht. Ansonsten wünsche ich dir starke Nerven und die Willensstärke dein Ding durchzuziehen!
On that note. Which Rom hacks can you recommend?
i tried it today on my T480 :) Installation was easy but then I got looking for the declerative file to edit my installation. Do you consider creating a forum for discussions and stuff for cooperation?
