Just bought an asus maximus vii with 16 gig ram and core i7 4790k used for 140 euro. it was top of the line in 2014, and will hopefully last the kid as first system until prices come down. but prices are ao shitty

I think social media and any game with micro transactions. We got the kids the switch, because with Nintendo, there are no shitty loot boxes or buy diamonds to skip time shit.

The hard truth is, games are way more addictive than in out youth. And parents need to deal with that and guide kids to good games

It lost when they killed the groups. Xing had fairly active user groups with a lot of local influencers - in a positive sense, not the grifty one, people who could pull barcamps together and really fun networking events.

A lot of german people moved over to linkedin back then and interaction on xing dropped massivly.
