The process goes district court -> appeals court -> Supreme Court. Cannon is a district (trial) Court judge; if Smith chooses to appeal the dismissal (which he will because her dismissal reasoning is dogshit) it will go to the 11th Circuit in Atlanta. After the appeals court rules on the procedure used in the trial court (with NO NEW ARGUEMENTS!), then either party could choose to make a final appeal to the Supreme court- and we all know what they will rule on. However the Supreme Court is not obligated to take on cases referred from an appellate court. And nowhere in this process can they refer to a new trial judge.
was he “killed”, or did the butterfly effect simply wipe him from existence after he accomplished his task?
We’ve been so far past the point of sanity (in regards to their actions specifically) for YEARS that while I would not condone it- I wouldn’t be losing any sleep if they had succeeded.
I’m getting multiple reports that some people can’t see it for some reason. Could be Federation, could be they blocked the user who posted it.

It’s the second option and for good reason.
i would like to apply to change realities
We finally had a chance and the fucker missed? Sigh…
The choice is not, nor has it ever been, binary.
It’s always been binary, thats how FPTP works.
Ah yes, the classic “I can’t back up my argument because the entire mainstream media is hiding the truth from me” defense. Very convincing and believable.
I don’t know what Putin pays you but it’s not enough to cover the number of Ukrainian and Russian citizens who have been needlessly murdered because of Putin’s imperialist neo-USSR fetish. NATO has never had anything to do with any of this.
I also recall Afghanistan having a Russia problem inside their borders. A very large Russia problem that Russia lost. Also NATO didnt even start that, the US did, and was the primary driver of all Afghanistan actions, and then drug some part of NATO into it (which is a separate problem) after the fact. Your point?
“I don’t care about russia”, but spends 10 comments in a row defending Russia and saying “um ackshyually nato made them do it 🤓☝️”
America bad is literally the reason why countries don’t want NATO on their border
Well, so far the only country really throwing a shit fit about having NATO on their border is Russia, probably because NATO membership gets in the way of his neo-USSR expansion plans. Don’t use a plural where it doesn’t belong.
All the shitheads have been spreading out to alt accounts because their home instances keep getting silenced.

Time to write my representative in support, and have him laugh at me via bulk form letter!
This article is from April…
Well, they don’t sell that from me, because I drive a car that’s 31 years old lmfao. No car built past 2014 has any kind of draw for me, specifically because of these kinds of privacy invasions and general corporate bullshittery.
My comment on US plans to make impaired driving detectors mandatory also applies to these speed limiters.. I admire the desire to make it safer, but holy shit are car manufacturers going to jump on this opportunity to sell out all of your driving data to insurance companies, causing your rates to randomly double and removing any semblance of privacy, and it will also involve additional parts and sensors that will be as closely corner cut as legally allowed such that it breaks as frequently as possible.
a “safe” idea, sure, do I want it, absolutely not, and I will never trust a corporation to implement it ‘correctly’.
And probably won’t ever, because Trump doesn’t like people who “lose”.
