Would also mean green light for stepping in and dropping the “pro-life” if they try to pop-off since it would be defending lives of patients and staff of the clinics. As not everyone going to a clinic is there for abortions. When I did some clinic escorting a few years ago, I always had my concealed carry nearby in my car. Wasn’t allowed to have on my person while escorting per rules of the escorts and request of the clinic since the protesters weren’t openly and in our faces violent (just annoying and stayed outside of no-go zones).

They see that all the talk about the war being over in two to four weeks that is constantly pushed in their media isn’t likely.

All I can think about with all the masked fascists (aside from them being fascists) is how basically all of them loved to not wear masks during the main Covid stuff. All claiming that they “couldn’t breathe” with them on, and how antifa and sheep wear them and should be banned. Would be awesome if some folks were able to soak them in pepper spray before getting passed out to the fascists. Would be pulling those shits off real quick, and maybe do some damage to their lungs. Hell, would be awesome if a fuck-ton of pepper/tear gas grenades got set off with them trapped in their APCs. Sadly the lib media would keep backing the blue and call the heroes that pulled off the efforts as “thugs.”

Just need to get enough CEOs and other C-suite folks to actually do it. While poisoning the shit out of the AI being used to tank the shit out of all of them. Would also be hilarious if the AI were to put up lots of money to hire hits on the physical versions of themselves). Could maybe see the AI put out internal orders for unions to be not only supported, but required, along with purging all employee records of write-ups (or whatever disciplinary records that would otherwise be used to target organizers of the unions). Just get as many points of chaos going openly and secretly.

There is still time for those non-conservative Gen-Xers to change the way history books will present their generation. Can’t let those conservative branches be the loudest and given the most media access. Would be even better if the real leftists of their generation were able to flip the whole thing away from conservative and liberal. But numbers are small compared to the sell-outs and the “Got mine. Fuck you.” crowds.

I am just done with all the Boomers and Gen-X folks being condescending about Millennials and Gen-Z being more supportive of options left of Liberal. Get hit with “you just don’t understand what it was like living in the Cold War. And I don’t think you would support them if you were around for Vietnam and constant threat of nuclear war” (or some version of how much chaos existed in the Cold War like we haven’t lived through basically the same shit and more along with them).

Those same people will talk about how they protested Vietnam, nukes, and were so active (along with “you will get more conservative when you’re older”) in other protests like Civil Rights and Women’s Rights. Maybe even say some shit like “I didn’t sell-out, I bought-in” when pressed about why they became their parents. This doesn’t mean that very broad generalizations of gens is correct. But there are some broad sections of every gen that are large enough to be the “symbol” of those gens. Millennials and Gen-Z will be known to Alpha and (I am guessing) Beta based on similar observations. So it really matters that we need to try to be better. I don’t care what the older gens try to “symbolize” us as, because it is how much we fail those future gens that matters.

That is something that continues to be one of the most glaring issues of so many nations. Especially given how much the USA hypes-up how Chinese hardware and software can’t be “trusted” for even the chance of it happening. The USA has been proven time and time again to spy and do shit within services and hardware its “allies” use.

I am not looking forward to the spin from the WH and right-wing media afterwards. Will be hyper all about claims of it being a “massive success” and something about it actually being about “showing China what can happen at the drop of a hat.” Hopefully China will be able to keep making it harder and harder to make such claims.

Good to see. The US is trying to both be THE superpower that controls the world, while also being isolationist. At this rate we might be able to see places like DPRK and Cuba be able to trade with more nations that have only really avoided doing so because of fear of losing access to US trade. It would be awesome to see what the so called “hermit nations” could do with the opportunity.

It also helps that (I think) two of the resistance groups are communist/socialist. So it would be worthwhile for OP to study those groups and their contribution to the struggle now and in the past. Everyone knows Hamas (seeing how basically all media paints them as the whole of Palestinian revolution) and should be made more aware of really all of them. Might at least be good starting point and better show how shared efforts are needed to fight imperialism.

While I guess that Meta may have used settings to be leech only. Unless they show that they did that (which is of course poor practice if torrenting), the nature of torrenting by default means that even one piece of a file was seeded to another user is “distribution.”

It is almost like the whole point of “No Child Left Behind” was to make sure this would happen. Intentionally defund schools and make them just “pass” kids no matter what in order to hit numbers for any money. Then point to how fucking awful the rates of literacy and other skills are. Though funding was already pretty bad and got worse throughout the 90’s and early 00’s before NCLB was made policy.

I think that the pro-privatization of all gov ran departments have been making sure to defund and overwork the staff of those departments/services in order to have shit like this and the drops in literacy. That way they can get mass support for removing all services/departments to cheers. Just like how they have constantly been trying to ditch the USPS because it “isn’t profitable” (even though it shouldn’t be treated as a for-profit “business”). Or like how they make sure stuff like 9/11 or other “terrorist attacks” scare the masses to strip rights and over-fund the MIC.

PotD can be effective, but only if enough conditions get bad enough for the majority of people are hurting bad enough. The pressure has to be built-up to the point that the normally “I’m not a political person” types have personally been fucked over badly enough. Otherwise they are able to be kept in line by corpo propaganda about how “evil” the person(s) are for being violent. Law and order and all that.

It would have been better if they had just not said anything. Or if they had to still say anything, they could have focused on how this could be a point of building solidarity. Even right-wing working class people are in agreement on how fucked for-profit healthcare is for all of us. But no, they chose to take the same general path as the capitalist propaganda outlets. They hate using real material moments to do revolutionary shit. Deny, Defend, Depose!
