I wrote this in the liberal mask harassment thread the other day, but the general gist is and should always be - you look them in the eye and tell them to suck your dick. Having said that, I get that you’re a queer woman and we’re basically polar opposites, so there’s more of a danger there. Never give an inch to these fuckers, not a single centimeter. They will just see it as weakness and find an avenue in their addled brains to take that as a reason to harass you further.

Also, I would advice carrying a weapon and learning to handle yourself physically, especially in this current climate.

Mostly from conservative jackoffs but often from people near me when I’m in line at a store or a location. First thing I get is a lot of dirty looks. If that doesn’t phase them, I occasionally get the “why are you wearing a mask? Are you sick?” because they’re concerned about themselves first and foremost. I’m a big guy who, after 6 years of this dogshit, has just sort of defaulted to a resting ‘don’t fuck with me’ face, so I go with one of three general answers at this point - if they seem decent and stupid I say “because you aren’t and I need to protect myself and the air I breathe”. Generally that shuts them up. They hate the idea of collectivized responsibility. If I get a chud or a boomer bitch (its almost always the older women), I’ll often go with “mind your fucking business” or “none of your fucking business”. I sometimes get a follow up and then its “do I look like I’m interested in talking to you about this?” with a very pointed stare. The third, which is more rare now but used to be more common, is the loudly coughing while walking away in a sort of virtue signaling thing. I had one lady at Walgreens do this to me the other day. When I started yelling after her to “come back and do that to my face”, she sped up, so I yelled “you’re as weak as my immune system!”"

No its no longer debatable its been proven scientifically.

I’m in FL as well. The health departments are generally, at least in the larger cities, very good about vaccines. They can give you your entire record and tell you what you need to be updated on. I also think they do it for free still but don’t quote me on that one. Highly recommended to check up on your vaccinations. I’m sure some mutant whooping cough or polio will be coming our way before you know it.

I’m 100% positive you can find it cheaper than that. Definitely check Costco or Sams club (not sure if Sam’s carries it). Maybe your local department of health has a program for free vaccinations? Something is definitely better than nothing in this case.

So Florida allowed access to vaccines on Tuesday and I got my Novavax yesterday. Many people were queuing up to get vaccinated I was honestly a little surprised.

Depending on your state you should just try another location. Make sure to find the Novavax vaccine.

Really just going to have to call around and try to find out which pharmacy is stocking it. Try mom and pop pharmacies as well.
