Wants to be on a boat
The current Chinese state did not exist before WW2, so I think that comparison is a bit odd
Which nations would you not call shitholes?
Frankly man I find this very insulting and pretty racist. You don’t have a good word to say about them eh?
If politics is not policy and strategy, what is it? A game?
Wtf are you on about? I’ve been to Vietnam several times and the progress they have achieved in such a short period of time is incredible. They have built megacities on the ground where the yanks firebombed. Have you been to Da Nang? Walked around HCMC? Spoken to the people? They are evidently working against the corruption, as we can see in this article, whereas where I live everyone knows the govt sends cash to their buddies and no one can do anything about it? Are there any particular texts from Engels that you disagree with? I would be interested to know where you think the split is. From my reading, Engels was mostly involved in the philosophical and scientific side of the development of dialectical materialism and it’s application into Marxism. Eg. “Dialectics of Nature”, “The German ideology”, “Feuerbach and the end of German classical philosophy”,“anti-duhring” etc. I’m not sure where the apparent “brutality” is coming from here?
How can you agree with Marx and not with Engels? Engels practically did a large chunk of the philosophical heavy lifting for Marxism.
Western liberal democracy is a facade
Maybe try Phantasy Star Portable 2
Wow that’s amazing, thank you. It was the voa nui game I was thinking of. Is there something like this for the other Lego web games?
I played this open world Lego game where you had to deliver pizzas on a skateboard or something, but I was too young and couldn’t figure out how to complete the game, or it kept bugging. I can’t remember what it was called.
Edit: ah of course it was Lego island 2, the image was familiar
I also played a sort of Bionicle mmo in the browser that i thought was cool. I wonder if any of the old flash games are archived somewhere? There were so many.
Politicians are capable of misleading voters plenty on their own
See if an office equipment seller is doing office clearances and you can get some office chairs for less than $100 most likely (I got one for £50)
So have many others, except they didn’t start a company based on it. As soon as it is part of a company, it is no longer free and open
From what I can gather it is intended to be an open source hardware security key, or key generator, not really a usable personal computer
You are right, many oddly specific gaming things like this are not that well supported, but the strength of Linux and open source is that everyone has the power to change it. The software that people have already developed to interface with proprietary hardware is great, I have a Corsair mouse and thought I would never have support for macros on it on Linux, but someone has already developed software that does a way better job than corsairs official software. It can do all of the same operations and doesn’t hang or crash regularly. I’m sure a few of your issues have already been solved by someone. The brilliant thing is, Linux ultimately allows much more control over the software and hardware it is interfaced to. So something like the transducers you mention would probably be easier to do than it is on windows, but someone has to actually do it. Maybe the sim-racing community is just waiting for you to come along? ;)
Played discovery a bit a long time ago, was great fun. Glad to see they’re still working on it
Hardware attestation is bad. It is clearly a tool to be used to lock down hardware, keep it OEM and proprietary, and decrease lost revenues due to user repairs and used parts. I believe everyone should be able to open up their own hardware and repair it themselves, and use whatever parts they want.
Sellafield is leaking nuclear sludge due to decades of neglect and apathy; an entirely British problem
