    Unfortunately, this is just a form email being used to advertise the website they linked to. I used to be in charge of the website for the master gardeners association in my area, and we got dozens of these things every year through the contact / feedback form. They were always slight variations on the same template seen here, and near the end they all contained some kind of request for us to add a link to some vaguely horticulture-related business or content farm to our “resources” page.

    I hope your site has had the kind of positive impact they describe, and I don’t doubt that it has, but this message you got is from someone trying to take advantage of you.
