There is change, though. It is not swift, nor is it all encompassing, but it still exists.
The problem is, it’s not enough for people who want everything, and want it now. So they go to someone who promises the sky before burying in the dirt. Because they care more about what they want instead of what their respective countries need.

The problem is it’s also a society without users and abusers. It’s just a story about dumb people.
But the reason society seems to be trending stupider isn’t because we’re naturally focusing on shunning intelligence… it’s because the rich and powerful are using their influence to put that idea in our heads. They want a stupider, and more malleable, society to manipulate.
That is the biggest problem we’re facing right now. And ignoring the root cause basically means you’re pushing a boulder up a steep hill, just for it to roll back down again.
Only insofar as they can better pander to them instead of serve them.

How do you mention you can play multiple audio streams at the same time and then claim the OS is designed to let only one app access an audio channel / device? Which one is it now?
Just because it’s designed that way doesn’t mean it works that way all the time.
Basically they’re saying it’s designed so that it’s easy for an app to override your current audio stream, but allows for it to run concurrently if they want.
As most app developers wouldn’t want that, they hijack the audio by default.
Because in that archaic system, Kings are greater than Queens, so if Phillip was King instead of Prince Consort, he would have outranked Elizabeth.
And his wife is also the Queen of England.
I dont mind living a little further from a retail area of the city. It’d be nice to have better public transit, though.
I think its a bit silly to expect everyone to want to live in the exact same way though. Especially if it can feel cramped and claustrophobic to them.
