It’s a gimmicky chain restaurant in the US. They exist in the same general retail space as Applebee’s, Chili’s, and other similar places with a low to moderate price point and a theme. They specialize in mediocre southern US comfort foods and their main gimmick is that their waiting room is a massive side-of-the-highway gift shop.

You also can’t update them on mobile(at least in Jerboa) because there’s no drop-down access and if you try to edit it at all it defaults back to (none/use name). I keep forgetting to log into the desktop site…sigh.

As someone who listens to a lot of emo music but never knows what any bands look like, this is causing me an astonishing amount of distress.
