Democrats aren’t just jumping ship over this bullshit. The actual voters, the people, not the talking heads, are pretty entrenched in Not Trump. Votes aren’t changing over this, and the Democrats know what’s at stake. At the end of the day there’s more blue than red and it was an L for Trump as soon as he said he was running.

Aesop Rock’s Mindful Solutionism feels like the most accessible lyrics he’s created in a while. With how much merchandise is behind this upcoming album, this is Aes in his element, using his perfected technique to profit. The large amount of merch also seems like a life-raft for Rhymesayers who hasn’t brought in any new talent since pre-covid. They seemed to be bleeding artists for a bit there.
