Spent the last two weeks taking care of my dying grandfather. Now after he’s gone we were hoping to get back home but we’re flying frontier and they canceled our flight. Now what would be a four hour flight one way has turned into a layover that’s 13 hours on top of that. And no one can help us out so we’re hoping we won’t get stuck in vegas. It’s been a rough time.

I went to check it out recently and I don’t recognize it anymore. Spending some time away was good for me. 11 years and it’s gone.

It’s my wife’s 30th birthday. We had dinner at our favorite German bar last night then we came home and buzzed all my hair off. Today we’re going to the coast for a day out then tomorrows the big day. Still waiting on some gifts to get here but I figure they’ll be held up in the mail.

I love this time of year because we get pumpkin beers and other amber types. They always take me back to good times with my friends during Oktoberfest.

I remember Lakefront Brewery made one for a while. I don’t know if they still do.

I deleted my almost 11 year old account and moved here because of this. I used there shitty app for way too long and after switching to Apollo i suddenly saw all the old subreddits I subscribed too become more prominent in my feed. On there app if felt like I was getting fed rage bait.
